Blessan Thomas

Blessan Thomas is an experienced Automation Architect currently working at Metro Bank (UK) since June 2023. Prior to this role, Blessan served as a Technical Lead at UST from November 2021 to May 2023, specializing in platform architecture and solution design using Java, SpringBoot, REST API, and Azure. Blessan's career also includes a significant tenure at Wipro Technologies, where expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Hibernate, JPA, as well as backend systems like MySQL and Oracle was developed over 12 years. Proficiency in Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps, along with extensive knowledge in test automation frameworks like Selenium, Appium, and Cucumber, complements Blessan's solid educational foundation, which includes a Master of Science in Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Kerala.
