Joseph Boag possesses extensive experience in the mortgage sector, having held various roles at Metro Bank (UK) including Mortgage Product Manager, Mortgage Oversight Specialist, and Mortgage Operations & Completions Specialist. Prior to this, Joseph worked at HSBC as a Mortgage & Protection Manager, Customer Service Officer, and Cashier. Joseph holds a Master of Science in Retail and Digital Banking from Cranfield University and a Chartered Banking Diploma from The Chartered Banker Institute, both obtained between October 2019 and February 2022.
