Munashe Mhlanga

Munashe Mhlanga is an experienced professional in the field of Internal Audit and Data Analytics. Currently occupying the role of Internal Audit Manager for IT Applications and Data Analytics at Metro Bank (UK) since March 2025, Munashe has previously served as Assistant Manager for Audit Data Analytics at BDO UK from September 2022 to February 2025. Prior experience includes various positions at EY from October 2017 to September 2022, progressing from Assistant to Manager in Systems and Data Analytics. Munashe began the career as a Business Analyst at ISB Optimus and also held roles at Zenex Foundation and Monash South Africa as a Projects Administration and Mathematics Tutor, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) Honours in Information Technology Management from the University of Johannesburg and a Bachelor of Computer and Information Science with a double major in Business Systems and Business Management from Monash South Africa.
