Stella Gavaletakis

Stella Gavaletakis has extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as the Head of Investor Relations and previously in roles such as Head of Impairments and Credit Risk Data Analytics at Metro Bank (UK) since March 2018. Prior to this, Stella worked at FNB South Africa as the Head of Provision Analytics Portfolio Risk Management from November 2014 to February 2018, and at the FirstRand group as a Senior Quantitative Credit Risk Analyst from August 2010 to October 2014. Early career experience includes serving as Quantitative Credit Risk Team Leader at African Bank from January 2007 to August 2010. Stella holds a BSc in Actuarial Science, Statistics and Mathematics from the University of Witwatersrand, as well as a Post Graduate degree in Mathematical Statistics from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in Edinburgh.
