Jareion Sanders has a diverse background in various roles within the criminal justice system. Jareion recently worked at Metrocare Services as a Compliance and Policy Management Associate, where they assisted in managing compliance inquiries and conducted site assessment monitoring activities. Prior to that, Jareion worked at Dallas County as a Juvenile Officer III, providing supervision and professional assistance to youthful offenders. Jareion also served as a Juvenile Officer II and Juvenile Officer I, where they supervised and ensured the welfare of detained youths. Before their time at Dallas County, Jareion held positions at Gulf Coast Trades Center, including roles as a Juvenile Officer - Campus Monitor and Juvenile Officer - Residential Group Worker. In these roles, they maintained order, made critical decisions, and provided general protection and assistance to students.
