Teirney Guinyard, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Their most recent role is as Director of Special Projects- SAMHSA MAT Grant at Metrocare Services, where they are responsible for overseeing the implementation and monitoring of a grant focused on medication-assisted treatment for opioid addiction. Teirney works closely with medical staff, clinicians, and stakeholders to ensure program goals are met and also collaborates with public affairs and strategic initiatives for awareness campaigns.

Prior to their current role, Teirney was the Principal at The ELO Group, a consulting boutique specializing in philanthropic branding, community engagement, public relations, and strategic alliances for non-profits, professional athletes, entertainers, and independent pharmacies. Teirney is dedicated to empowering leaders and helping organizations reach their maximum potential with passion and purpose.

Teirney also served as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor for Pharmacy Technicians at Dallas College, where they developed and implemented the curriculum based on certification exams and assisted students in securing internships.

Before that, they held the position of Vice President Internal Audit and Pharmacy Compliance at Critical Healthcare, where they were responsible for managing pharmacy internal functions, implementing best practices, and developing the organization's pharmacy auditing and PBM compliance program. Teirney acted as the liaison between the PBM and pharmacies.

Teirney's previous experience includes the role of District Lead Tech - Auditing at CVS Pharmacy, Project Manager at DHWI at Baylor Scott & White Health, and Corporate Compliance at Children's Medical Center of Dallas. In their role at Children's Medical Center, they assessed performance, addressed compliance issues, wrote policies, managed the conflict of interest program, and prepared audit reports for the Board of Directors.

Teirney Guinyard has a diverse and extensive education history. Teirney began their higher education journey at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology, General. Following this, they attended the University of Mississippi from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained another Bachelor of Science (BS) degree, this time in Forensic Chemistry.

In 2005, Teirney pursued further education at the American InterContinental University, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Healthcare Management in 2006.

Prior to their college years, Teirney attended Memphis East High School from 1994 to 1997. During their time at high school, they achieved an Honors Diploma with a focus on Health Science.

Additionally, Teirney has obtained additional certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. In 2001, they obtained a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT) certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board. Furthermore, in 2012, they earned a certification in Nonprofit Management from the Center for Nonprofit Management - Texas.
