Thabo Mpepele

Thabo Mpepele is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in sales and strategic management across multiple sectors, particularly healthcare and communications. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development-MRM at Metrofile since September 2019, Thabo has also taken on roles such as Sector Lead and Business Development Manager. Prior to this, Thabo was a Sales Manager and member of the Board of Directors at Orange Business Services, focusing on sales strategy and customer experience for large multinational clients in Southern Africa. Thabo's career includes significant tenure at Oracle as ISV & OEM Global Sales Manager and at Microsoft in various roles, where responsibilities included partner management and demand generation. Thabo holds a bachelor's degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and is pursuing an MBA in Strategy, Marketing, and Finance at Henley Business School.
