Marina Kernes, MBA, SPC, LPM, POPM, currently serves as Deputy Chief Technology Officer at Metrolink since October 2025. Previously, Marina was Assistant Chief Information Officer for the City of Burbank and also an instructor for UCLA Extension, teaching Agile Frameworks. Prior roles include Vice President of Portfolio Management & Agile Transformation at Paramount and Executive Director of Delivery for Data & Analytics at Fox Corporation, where Marina led the transition to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Experience also includes Agile Product Coach at Kaiser Permanente and Director of Program Management at Entertainment Partners, among other significant positions in the entertainment and technology sectors. Marina holds an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver and a BA in Political Science and Government from UC San Diego, complemented by international study at Queen Mary University of London.
