Anita Celar

Anita Celar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and portfolio management, currently serving as Director of Development & Delivery at Metrolinx since September 2021. Prior to this role, Anita held various positions at Canadian Tire from July 2009 to September 2021, including Program & Project Manager in Digital Marketing, where responsibilities involved delivering complex digital and eCommerce projects, leading project teams as the Product Owner, and managing vendor and budget aspects across multiple initiatives. Additionally, Anita has held roles at IBM and TD Bank, gaining expertise in IT account management, project coordination, and relationship consulting. Anita holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Technology Management from Ryerson University. Professional certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
