Debo Phillips

Debo Phillips is an experienced project manager currently serving as the Project Manager for OnCorr Operations, Innovation & Information Technology at Metrolinx since January 2024. Previously, Debo worked as a Project Management & Operations Consultant at Empowered 4x from June 2021 to January 2024, driving strategic planning, client engagement, and change management initiatives. Prior to that, Debo held the position of Vice President of Operations & Strategy at Lightspeed Ltd from November 2013 to January 2024, overseeing complex project delivery and fostering cross-functional collaborations. Debo's entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding PhilandMove Limited, which provided logistics services in Nigeria. Early career roles included serving as an Operations Analyst at WSTC Financial Services Limited and an intern at the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture. Debo holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Northampton, along with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lagos.
