Denise Gallego

Denise Gallego is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and communication roles within the transit and telecommunications industries. At Metrolinx since December 2018, Denise has served as a Transit Safety Communications Operator, Accessibility Support Announcer, and Customer Contact Representative. Prior to Metrolinx, Denise worked at BOMBARDIER from January 2015 to December 2018 as an Administrative Assistant and Guest Service Representative. Denise began a career in customer service as a Customer Relations Representative at Rogers Communications from September 2013 to December 2014.
