Dheeraj Jha

Dheeraj Jha (DJ) currently serves as a Community Engagement Advisor at Metrolinx since June 2024. Prior to this role, DJ worked as a Constituency Affairs Specialist at the House of Commons of Canada from May 2022 to June 2024, where investigations and research helped support informed discussions and decision-making. DJ's experience includes serving as an Associate Insurance Advisor at The Co-operators, where responsibilities involved client relations and marketing strategies. Earlier, DJ was a Technical Support Analyst at Concentrix, achieving high customer satisfaction rates through effective problem resolution. DJ also held the position of Data Supervisor at Robert Half, emphasizing accuracy in economic analyses and database management. Beginning DJ's career, DJ worked as an Instructor at Sleepy Classes, preparing students for competitive examinations in India. DJ holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and Public Policy from McMaster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur.
