Diana Fletcher

Diana Fletcher is a seasoned serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in loyalty and payment solutions, currently serving as Co-Founder and Chairman of TC Group of Companies since March 2000. Under Diana Fletcher’s leadership, the company developed innovative payment technologies such as Mondex and Visa Cash, as well as loyalty programs for major Canadian banks. Diana has also been recognized as an Invitation Only Member of the Forbes Finance Council since January 2020 and serves as a Board Member at Metrolinx. Previously, Diana held key roles at Carlson Marketing, where a pioneering web-based digital currency platform was developed, and co-founded Score Promotions, which established Canada's first cash-back points program. Diana holds two Master of Business Administration degrees from Florida State University and has an educational background from Clarkson Jr-Sr High School.
