Karan Makvandi

Karan Makvandi is an experienced professional in quality management and internal auditing with a strong background spanning several industries. Currently serving as the Capital Project Group Internal Audit Manager at Metrolinx since March 2023, Karan previously held the role of Quality System Audit Manager at Jacobs from November 2020 to March 2023. Karan's experience at General Motors included positions in Global Quality Management System and Corporate Audit, as well as Quality System Lead and Product Compliance roles. Karan began the career as a Supplier Quality Engineer and Operations Manager at Aerotek and served as a lead auditor and trainer for various ISO standards at Moody International Certification Limited. Karan holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Azad University of Tehran, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
