Leonardo del Gatto

Leonardo Del Gatto is an accomplished professional in the rail maintenance industry with extensive experience in leadership and management roles. Currently serving as a Senior Supervisor in Rail Fleet Maintenance at Metrolinx since September 2022, Leonardo previously held the position of Manager for Alstom, overseeing operations and a team of over 40 unionized employees across multiple locations. Prior experience includes working at BOMBARDIER, where responsibilities ranged from Maintenance Supervisor, focusing on achieving maintenance targets, to Technical Trainer, developing training programs for new hires.
