Matthew Prange

Matthew Prange is the Vice President of Strategy and Enterprise Commercial Management at Metrolinx, overseeing commercial contract professionals and managing vendor administration for complex IT contracts related to the Presto transit fare card system. Previously, Matthew served as the Director of Contract Management at OLG, where responsibilities included commercial oversight for a digital transformation program and a major sports betting platform. Earlier experience includes positions at Ontario Power Generation as Senior Manager for Commercial Contracts and Senior Advisor for Nuclear Commercial Contracts, contributing to significant nuclear refurbishment projects and managing extensive real estate portfolios. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western University and a Project Management Certificate from the University of Toronto.
