Michael Muliana

Michael Muliana, P.Eng, PMP, currently serves as a Specialist in the Construction Management Office at Metrolinx, contributing to key projects including the Ontario Line and Union Station Enhancement Project. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Project Manager at ALLVISION Digital Out-of-Home, overseeing the development of premium digital assets, and gained experience as a Project Engineer at Mott MacDonald, focusing on risk mitigation and civil infrastructure design for rail and transit systems. Earlier in career efforts, Michael was a Construction/Service Contract Inspector for the Toronto Transit Commission and a Research Assistant at Ryerson University. Michael holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Ryerson University and is pursuing a Professional Certificate in Railway Engineering at Delft University of Technology.
