Natalia Kolodenko, CAIP (CMRP), CX Pro currently serves as Manager of Market Research and Insights at Metrolinx since January 2024. Previously, Natalia was Design Research Lead at Loblaw Digital from November 2022 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading a mixed methods research team, managing comprehensive research projects, and translating user insights into actionable strategies. Prior roles include Manager of Measurement and Research at Canada Life, Research Associate at Environics Research Group, and various positions in marketing research from freelance work to managerial roles across different organizations. Natalia holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Marketing Management from Humber College and a Master's degree in Sociology from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University.
