Nikki Simone

Nikki Simone is currently the Head of Campus Recruitment and Early Talent at Metrolinx. They have extensive experience in campus recruitment, having held leadership roles at BMO Financial Group and RBC, where they managed teams, designed recruitment strategies, and enhanced student engagement programs. Nikki began their career as a Senior Recruiter at Hewitt Associates and has consistently focused on optimizing recruitment processes and elevating brand representation across various organizations. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Windsor.
