Perry Ham currently serves as the Manager of Operational Technology & Data at Metrolinx, leading data governance and automation initiatives that have significantly improved data quality and operational efficiency. Prior to this, Perry held various roles including Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, where advanced reporting systems were developed, and Quality Control Engineering Analyst at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada, contributing to the successful launch of the Corolla and RAV4 models. Additional experience includes consulting at HGC Engineering, project work at General Motors, and roles in engineering and research at ABC Group and the University of Waterloo. Perry holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, as well as licenses in HVAC and specialized training in graphics communication management.
