Priyank Mangal (PMP®, M.Eng.) is a Senior Claims Analyst at Metrolinx, where responsibilities include claims entitlement review, delay quantum calculation, negotiation, dispute resolution, and arbitration for P3, AFP, and Design Build contracts valued over $100 million. Previously, Priyank held positions as an Associate Consultant at Revay and Associates Limited and as a Commercial Real Estate Intern at Brookfield Properties. Priyank's extensive experience also includes serving as a Project Manager with the Central Public Works Department in the Government of India from 2013 to 2021. Academic qualifications include a Master’s in Engineering in Construction Management from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
