Richard Tang

Richard Tang is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community engagement, program management, and policy development. Currently serving as the Director of Practice, Community, Communications & Stakeholder Relations at Metrolinx since 2023, Richard has previously held several key positions, including Director of Practice, Program Management & Performance Office, and Program Manager for Customer Protective Services. Prior experience includes various managerial and consulting roles at the City of Toronto from 2015 to 2023, alongside partnerships in the private sector, such as being a Partner at Cups Cafe and a Broker at JDL Realty Inc. Richard's educational qualifications include an MBA candidate from DeGroote School of Business - McMaster University, a Master of Public Health from Dalla Lana School of Public Health, University of Toronto, and an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo.
