Ryan Courville

Ryan Courville is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor for Permits, Licensing, and Approvals at Metrolinx since July 2022, Ryan also holds the position of Project Manager for Heavy Rail - Third Party Review. In addition, Ryan has been the President of Toronto Standard Condominium Corporation since April 2013. Previously, Ryan spent over seven years at Bell, where roles included Planning And Development Manager and Municipal Relations Manager, overseeing the coordination of Bell's Gigabit Fibre to the Home build-out in relation to various city capital works programs. Early experience includes a role as City Staff for Councillor McMahon at the City of Toronto and as a Network Repair Technician at Bell. Ryan holds a Master of Environmental Studies from York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Global Political Economy from the same institution, supplemented by training as an Electronics Technician.
