Sejal Barai

Sejal Barai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational support. Currently serving as a Committee Coordinator at Metrolinx since April 2023, Sejal previously worked as a Correspondence Coordinator and Correspondence and Corporate Support for Health | Santé, where responsibilities included acting as a key contact for the Minister's Office. Sejal's background also includes roles at the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services, where expertise was provided in pay and benefits, and at Health Canada, where human resources support initiatives were led. Additional positions held include Business Operations Assistant at the Office of the Independent Police Review Director and various human resources roles at organizations such as Cancer Care Ontario and NeoEdge Networks. Sejal holds a Human Resources Management Diploma from Confederation College and has received training in Co-Active coaching and Reiki.
