Shannon Hughes

Shannon Hughes has an extensive background in program management and operations, currently serving as the VP of Delivery (Payments) at Metrolinx since March 2019. Prior roles at Metrolinx include the Director of the Program Management Office & Transformation (Operations) and the Director of Customer Programs. Before rejoining Metrolinx, Shannon held the position of Director in the Payment Scheme Management Group and the Director of Deployment & Production Support at PRESTO from June 2017 to March 2019. Shannon's career at Metrolinx began in December 2012 as Manager of Production Service & Support, following a tenure as a Business Analyst at the City of Brampton from May 2010 to December 2012.
