Shruti Pant

Shruti Pant is a skilled professional with extensive experience in data analytics, insights, and operational excellence. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Metrolinx since July 2021, Shruti previously held roles as a Specialist in Operational Excellence and Data Insight at the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Sr. Knowledge Management Analyst at Mercer Canada and as a Module Lead at Sopra Steria, where Shruti managed comprehensive reporting and analysis for large employee groups. Earlier roles at Mercer India involved compensation and benefits analysis and data-driven reporting. Shruti holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Delhi University.
