Tameeza Dhanani

Tameeza Dhanani currently serves as the Senior Manager of HR Policy & Planning at Metrolinx, responsible for establishing and overseeing a centralized HR policy function and driving the implementation of the HR people strategy. Prior to this role, Tameeza held various positions at the City of Toronto as Manager of Strategic Policy & Planning and at Hydro One in multiple managerial roles including Manager of Quality Assurance Continuous Improvement and Manager - Contract/Vendor Manager, focusing on strategic direction and operational effectiveness. Tameeza began the professional journey at Brock University as a Research Assistant and has experience in customer service at RBC Royal Bank and McMaster University. Tameeza holds a BCom and BA in Accounting and Economics from McMaster University and a Master of Business Economics from Brock University.
