Tracy McKenzie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and client relationship management. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Readiness at Metrolinx since March 2024, Tracy previously held significant roles at Scotiabank as Manager of Risk Priority Management in the AML PMO and as Senior Project Control Officer, where transformative initiatives led to a 95% enhancement in KPI performance and the development of standardized PCO practices. Earlier experience includes contributions as a Project Control Officer at the Canadian Black Chamber and a successful career as an English as a Second Language Educator at VIPKid.
