Xibei (Cynthia) Li, MBA, is a seasoned professional in property transaction services, currently serving as the Senior Manager at Metrolinx since November 2019. In this role, Xibei has held various positions including Manager of Property Acquisitions Reporting & Analytics and Senior Property Acquisitions Controls Officer. Prior to Metrolinx, Xibei worked as a Financial Analyst at Historica Canada and as both Board Member and Accountant at OPTIONS FOR HOMES. Xibei holds a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toronto Scarborough.
