ARNAV SHISHU

Arnav Shishu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. ARNAV began their career as a Senior Electronic Engineer at Mehshu Bio Techno Services from July 2011 to May 2013. ARNAV then had a summer internship at TATA Power in May and June 2014. Following this, Arnav worked as a Business Analyst at MEC Intelligence from January to August 2015, where they conducted primary and secondary research and provided data-based analysis and solutions. From December 2015 to March 2018, Arnav served as a Business Development Manager at REConnect Energy, focusing on REC Trading and Solar/Wind Forecasting and Scheduling operations in India. ARNAV then transitioned to the role of Regional Manager at REConnect Energy from April 2018 to March 2019, where they managed the business development team for sales opportunities and provided sales and technical support. From April 2019 to March 2020, Arnav continued as a Regional Manager at REConnect Energy, conducting market research in the Southeast Asian power sector. Currently, Arnav is at METRON, where they initially served as a Sales Manager from April 2020 to July 2022. In this role, they were responsible for sales and business development of METRON's energy management and optimization solutions. Since August 2022, Arnav has been serving as the Head of Sales and Business Development at METRON, overseeing the sales team and business development in the Asia Pacific region, managing the full sales cycle and revenue generation. ARNAV is responsible for pipeline development, closing deals across all industrial sectors, and signing strategic alliance partners. Throughout their career, Arnav has demonstrated expertise in sales, business development, market research, and data analysis.

Arnav Shishu completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Power Management from UPES in the years 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Sardar Patel University from 2007 to 2011. Arnav also attended Kendriya Vidyalaya for their Higher Secondary School education from 2005 to 2007, although the specific field of study for that period is unavailable.
