Nicolas D. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade in various companies and roles.

Nicolas started their career in 2009 with a short-term internship at LATECOERE as a Stage Ouvrier.

In 2010, they completed another internship at Sagem DS where they developed and evaluated avoidance algorithms for drones as part of the Midcas program.

The following year, in 2011, they worked for Safran Engineering Services, where they created a kinematic trajectory calculation tool for drone collision scenarios.

In 2012, they joined Dassault Aviation for a summer internship, where they created a VBA tool in Excel to calculate static forces in an interactive mechanism retrieved from Catia V6.

From 2013 to 2018, they worked for Safran Aircraft Engines, primarily in the methods installation avant-projet role.

In 2013, they also had a short assignment at ALTEN where they worked on dispersion de temps de vol.

Most recently, Nicolas D. joined METRON in 2018 as a Developpeur back-end and eventually became the Technical Lead in 2020, a role that they currently hold.

Nicolas D. completed their education with a Baccalauréat degree from Collège Stanislas between 2003 and 2006. Following this, they pursued a Diplôme d’ingénieur in Aeronautical Engineering at Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile from 2006 to 2012.
