Linda Rutledge

Linda Rutledge is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles across several organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. since September 2022, Linda previously held positions including Human Resources Business Partner at Metron, Inc. and at San Diego Convention Center Corporation, where responsibilities included coaching managers on disciplinary actions and managing full-cycle recruiting. Prior experience at the University of California, San Diego involved guiding supervisors in job description development and overseeing compensation programs. In a leadership capacity at Figi Graphics, Inc., Linda managed the HR function for 1200 employees, implemented HRIS, and developed strategic plans for talent acquisition and employee development. Linda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Seton Hall University and a Professional Certification in Human Resources Management from UC San Diego.
