Jonathan began their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Biosite Inc. where they designed fixtures for medical devices and developed procedures for troubleshooting and testing equipment. Jonathan then worked as a Process Development Engineer II at Alere Inc., where they optimized the performance of clinical biofluidic card devices and designed production line fixtures for increased precision and accuracy. Jonathan then moved on to become a Manufacturing Manager at Comfort Systems USA, where they managed a production manufacturing facility and implemented plans for improvement. Jonathan later joined DENSO as a Senior Production Engineer, where they managed new semi-automated assembly line design requirements and coordinated manufacturing processes. Currently, Jonathan is working as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Metronom Health, where they are responsible for developing and managing the 3D printing process for medical device prototypes and creating detailed procedures for manufacturing and assembling medical components. Throughout their career, Jonathan has consistently demonstrated their expertise in process optimization and product improvement.
Jonathan Riveron obtained their high school diploma from University City High School. Jonathan then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego in 2009. Jonathan also received additional certifications such as Fanuc LR Mate 200iD Handling Tool Operations & Programming, Total Industrial Engineering (T.I.E), and Certified SolidWorks Professional in the years 2016 and 2013 respectively.
