Jeff A. Rosenkranz

Jeff A. Rosenkranz is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Metronome Partners LLC since 2010, Rosenkranz leads an independent advisory firm based in Chicago and Memphis, specializing in a wide range of complex transactions across various industries. Prior to this role, Rosenkranz held senior positions at Piper Jaffray as Managing Director and Head of M&A from 2002 to 2008, and at Merrill Lynch as Managing Director and Head of the Middle Market M&A Group in Chicago from 1988 to 2002. Rosenkranz began the career as an Associate in the Corporate Finance Group at The Bank of New York from 1986 to 1988. Academic credentials include an M.B.A. in Finance from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a BSBA in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis.
