Betty Lu

Betty Lu has a diverse work experience in the field of Quality Assurance Engineering. Betty currently holds a position as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Metropia, Inc. starting from July 2021.

Prior to that, Betty worked as a Senior QA Engineer at LogicMonitor from February 2017 to March 2018. In this role, they played a crucial role as a communication bridge between the QA team in Chengdu and the develop team in the United States. Betty coordinated QA schedules and tasks, and successfully solved problems between the two teams.

Betty also gained experience as a Summer Intern service platform QA at Travelport in 2016.

From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Sr. Engineer at Trend Micro, where they led a team of four QA members and planned test strategies and scope based on user requirements and project schedules. Betty worked on two different teams, Product License Service (PLS) and Worry Free Business Security (WFBSS).

Betty's career started in 2008 at Symbio Sweden, where they worked as an Engineer on Trend Micro Product Licensing Service (PLS) projects. Betty developed test cases, generated test reports, and also developed automation scripts and tools using ASP.NET (C#), MS SQL, Selenium, and SOAP UI.

Betty Lu pursued their Master's degree in Computer Science at the University of Colorado Boulder from 2015 to 2016.
