Melissa Nellermoe

Melissa Nellermoe, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at MetroPlains Management since September 2025, Melissa has previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Lorenz Clinic from October 2022 to September 2025. Prior to that, Melissa operated as an Independent Human Resources and Business Consultant from June 2020 to October 2022. With a solid foundation in human resources management, Melissa has demonstrated expertise in employee relations, talent strategy development, contract negotiations, and compliance training. Notably, Melissa served as the Executive Director of Human Resources and Healthcare Operations at Edina Eye Physicians & Surgeons, overseeing multiple clinics and managing diverse operational functions.
