Angela Minerva

Angela Minerva, MPA, is an experienced professional currently serving as the Chief of Staff to the President & CEO and Board of Directors Liaison at MetroPlusHealth since August 2021. Previously, Angela held significant roles at the New York City Department of Investigation, where responsibilities included Administrative Supervisor and Executive Assistant to the Commissioner. Earlier experience includes project management and client services at Firstline Creative & Media, LLC, as well as support and proposal specialization at Milrose Consultants. Angela holds a Master of Public Administration from John Jay College (CUNY), with a focus on Inspection & Oversight of Healthcare Services, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Molloy University.
