Kayla J. Kelly

Kayla J. Kelly is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as the BH Care Manager Team Lead and BH HARP Care Manager at MetroPlusHealth since February 2023. In December 2023, Kayla was a guest lecturer at Columbia University, presenting on substance abuse and access for individuals with addiction. Previous roles include AOT Case Monitor at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Social Worker at Landmark Health, and Care Review Clinician at Molina Healthcare, among others. Kayla holds a Master of Social Work from Syracuse University and additional degrees in social work from Syracuse University, Le Moyne College, and Onondaga Community College.
