The Healthcare and Medical team at MetroPlus Health is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical services to members. Led by the Chief Medical Officer, the team—including the Medical Director and Head Nurse—develops clinical protocols, manages patient care programs, and collaborates with various healthcare providers to maintain and improve health outcomes for eligible New Yorkers.
