Olivier Montaigne

Olivier Montaigne currently serves as the Directeur des ressources humaines at Métropole du Grand Nancy since September 2023, overseeing HR functions for the City, the CCAS, and the Métropole with a workforce of 3,500 agents. Montaigne has held various positions in the public sector, including formateur at CNFPT since 2008, Director of Educational Policies for the Ville de Nancy from February 2022 to September 2023, and Directeur Général des Services for Ville de Sarreguemines from August 2017 to December 2021, among others. Montaigne’s educational background includes a DESS in Administration Locale from Université de Metz and a Maîtrise in Administration Economique et Sociale from the Faculté de Droit, Sciences économiques et Gestion de Nancy.
