Indu Bhargava

Indu Bhargava is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales excellence, education, and NGO management. Currently serving as Lead - Sales Excellence (Learning & Development) at Metropolis Healthcare since October 2022, Indu conducts thorough training needs assessments and curates training programs across various teams. Previous roles include President of Bal Bharti Academy, overseeing operations and business development for a non-profit focused on social initiatives, and Chief Education Officer at education made universal, which specializes in data-driven insights in higher education. Indu has also held positions at Burst Learning, Bal Bharti Academy/TECPL, A PLUS Solutions, New Dubai Nursery, Plus Channel, and IndusInd Media & Communications.
