Eran Fatal

Eran Fatal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global support, integration, and software engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Global Support & Integration at Metropolis Technologies since May 2021, Eran has previously held similar roles at Oosto and NSO Group, where responsibilities included leading customer support teams and engaging directly with clients on cybersecurity products. With a strong technical background, Eran has worked as a Customer Technical Support Engineer and Field Test Engineer, gaining significant exposure to client management and project execution. Early career experiences include quality assurance automation at Radware, senior software engineering at Nokia Siemens Networks, and software engineering at Motorola Solutions, where Eran received multiple awards for outstanding performance. Eran holds an MBA in Management Information Systems and a B.Sc. in Computer & Electrical Engineering from Bar Ilan University.
