Mico Aquino

Mico Aquino is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate sales and foreign exchange. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of the Corporate Sales Department at Metrobank since May 2024, Mico previously held the position of Vice President and Senior Treasury Sales Officer at MUFG from September 2021 to April 2024. Prior to that, Mico worked at UnionBank of the Philippines for a decade, where roles included Vice President and Commercial Sales Head for Financial Markets Sales, and responsibilities encompassed generating foreign exchange income and conducting staff training on FX products. Mico began the career as a Currency Research Analyst at PSSGPC INC. and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Ateneo de Manila University, graduating in 2010.
