Zarah Hernandez

Zarah Hernandez is a seasoned professional in employee and industrial relations, currently serving as Vice President at Metrobank since August 2007, where responsibilities include managing programs related to Occupational Safety and Health, Corporate Discipline, and Labor-Management Relations. Zarah has successfully developed and implemented the Metrobank Employee Engagement Framework in 2022 and achieved significant mobilization rates in employee engagement.
