Rusty Sullivan

Rusty Sullivan is the owner of Sullivan - Total Solutions, specializing in alternative dispute resolution systems since May 2011. Sullivan has extensive law enforcement experience, serving as a police officer at the Belton Police Department since January 2003 and as a Captain at the Grandview Fire Department since January 1988. In addition, Sullivan has held the role of Director at the Metropolitan Community College - Public Safety Institute since 2001, overseeing the operations and curriculum of fire and police academies. Previous experience includes serving as a Tactical Medic for the Grandview Police Department and as an Aircraft Firefighter and Equipment Operator for the Richards-Gebaur Air Force Base. Rusty Sullivan's educational background includes a Master's degree in Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution from Baker University, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Public Safety from Ottawa University, and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Metropolitan Community College.
