Terrell Tigner

Terrell Tigner is a seasoned higher education administrator with extensive experience at Metropolitan Community College-Kansas City, currently serving as Vice President of Instruction and Student Services at MCC-Maple Woods since July 2018. Previously held the positions of Dean of Student Services and Associate Dean of Student Development at various MCC campuses. Over a decade at MCC, responsibilities included overseeing student enrollment activities, providing administrative leadership, and supervising staff. Earlier experience includes roles in student services and athletics at Avila University, where Tigner also completed a Master of Business Administration in Marketing, along with a Bachelor of Communication. Additionally, Tigner began professional career as an intern with the sports team at KMBC-TV in Kansas City.
