Cassandra Tabor

Cassandra Tabor has held various roles throughout their work experience. Cassandra currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Administration for the City of Blaine, Minnesota. Cassandra also held positions at the City of Minnetrista, Huntington Learning Center, DeVry University, Sylvan Learning, and the University of Phoenix, where they held various leadership and operational roles. Their responsibilities included overseeing business operations, budgeting, strategic planning, human resources, and contract services management. Cassandra also demonstrated expertise in areas such as staff development, recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

Cassandra Tabor has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from St. Olaf College, which they obtained from 1996 to 2000. Cassandra then pursued a Master of Science in Public Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, completing it from 2008 to 2010. In 2011 to 2012, they earned a Project Management Certificate from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Additionally, they obtained a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Higher Education Leadership from Walden University in 2012.
