Ethan Wiswell

Ethan Wiswell has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ethan started as a Legal Assistant at Jacoby & Meyers and Associates LLP from December 2012 to November 2013. Ethan then worked at C2S Technologies Inc as an Accounts Manager & HR Generalist from February 2014 to November 2021, where they served as the main point of contact for multiple business engagements and handled client interactions. From November 2021 to June 2022, Ethan worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya, where they focused on employee recruitment, onboarding, training, and conducting performance discussions. Currently, Ethan is working as an HR Generalist / Recruiter at the Metropolitan Development Council since July 2022. In this role, they manage the recruitment process, conducts interviews, and ensures the accuracy of employee information. Ethan has also demonstrated their ability to analyze compensation and benefit data, make recommendations, and deliver reports in previous roles.

Ethan Wiswell attended Green River College from 2007 to 2010 and Todd Beamer High School from 2003 to 2005. Ethan did not receive any degrees or specific field of study from either institution. In addition to their education, Ethan obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in May 2023.
