Kelly Crithfield

Kelly Crithfield is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist and Recruiter at Metropolitan Development Council since November 2018, Kelly previously operated as a self-employed Human Resources Consultant. Notable past positions include Director of Human Resources at Evergreen Eye Center, where significant improvements in performance management were implemented, and Recruiting Specialist at Columbia West Properties, responsible for full life-cycle recruitment across several hotels and corporate offices.
