Kelly Crithfield

Kelly Crithfield has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and industries. Kelly began their career at the Tacoma Art Museum in 2008, where they served as a Human Resources Manager until 2015. In 2016, they joined Cascade Park Communities as a Human Resources Business Manager. Kelly then moved to Evergreen Eye Center in 2017, where they served as Human Resources Director for a brief period. Kelly is currently working at Metropolitan Development Council, initially starting in 2018 as a Human Resources Generalist & Recruiter and later being promoted to Senior Human Resources Generalist.

Kelly Crithfield attended Pacific Lutheran University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science & Religious Studies. Following this, they pursued their education at Luther Seminary from 1996 to 2000 and earned a Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree with a focus on Theology/Theological Studies.
