Tonika Davenport is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Racial Equity Inclusion Justice at Metropolitan Family Services, where responsibilities include partnering with the Executive Team to drive organizational change, reviewing policies for equity and inclusion, and implementing racial equity initiatives.
