Tonika Davenport

Tonika Davenport is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Racial Equity Inclusion Justice at Metropolitan Family Services, where responsibilities include partnering with the Executive Team to drive organizational change, reviewing policies for equity and inclusion, and implementing racial equity initiatives. Previously, Tonika held the role of Racial Equity Inclusion Justice Coordinator, Office Assistant, and worked as a Cohort Member in leadership programs such as the Multicultural Leadership Academy and T.H.E. Fellowship. Additional experience includes conducting audience research at The Field Museum, organizing events at Connecticut College, and serving in various advisory and support roles in academic and community-focused organizations. Tonika holds a Master of Public Policy degree from Adler University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Medical Anthropology from Connecticut College.
